SCOPE: A new levelled structural floor using FRP grating with 12X24" porcelain pavers installed over the top

The owners of this famous downtown apartment co op building contacted us with a unique need of releveling the existing floor and adding a new structural floor over adjustable pedestals.   No easy task when the deck had 2x2  concrete pavers installed over 20 years ago. Their removal was the first stage in this project.   Once removed and the roof cleaned our team went to work to create a new levelled floor using our structural FRP grating.   Once the grating was laid down and secured to the pedestals the porcelain pavers were installed over them using our rubber rise it pads and fixed height shims.   Needless to say the deck was complete and ready for use just n time for summer.   The pool was filled and the rest is history.
